SIGBAL is a business discovery and supplier intelligence platform designed to help users discover suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, businesses, products, and related business opportunities.
All business information available on SIGBAL, including supplier profiles, business listings, product information, contact details, categories, descriptions, and other related information, is provided for business discovery and informational purposes only.
Users may access and use SIGBAL for their individual or legitimate business purposes. Information available on the platform must not be copied, scraped, reproduced, distributed, resold, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from SIGBAL.
Users are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, authenticity, availability, pricing, quality, capabilities, certifications, and other details of any supplier, manufacturer, vendor, business, product, or service discovered through SIGBAL before entering into any transaction or business relationship.
SIGBAL does not endorse, certify, guarantee, or act as an agent, broker, buyer, seller, manufacturer, or representative of businesses listed on the platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any communication, negotiation, quotation, purchase, sale, payment, delivery, contract, or other transaction between a SIGBAL user and a business discovered through the platform is solely between those parties. SIGBAL is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, product quality, delivery failures, payment issues, or other outcomes arising from such transactions.
Certain features of SIGBAL may require the use of credits. Users may receive free credits according to the limits displayed on the platform and may also purchase additional credits through supported payment methods.
For example, accessing certain supplier contact information may require 2 credits. Credit requirements may vary by feature and may be changed by SIGBAL from time to time.
Free credits may be provided on a daily basis and unused free credits may reset according to the rules displayed on the platform. Purchased credits are intended for use within SIGBAL and are not cash, stored money, or a transferable monetary balance.
Credit purchases made through SIGBAL are processed through supported third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided during a purchase is accurate and authorized.
Once a credit purchase has been successfully confirmed and the credits have been added to the user's account, the credits may be used to access applicable SIGBAL features. Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with SIGBAL's applicable refund and cancellation policy and applicable law.
User accounts, credits, and access to paid features are intended for single-user use only and must not be shared, transferred, sold, or otherwise misused.
Users must not use SIGBAL for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorized data collection, automated scraping, circumvention of credit restrictions, unauthorized access, system interference, or any activity that may harm SIGBAL, its users, or businesses listed on the platform.
SIGBAL may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or remove any content, business listing, feature, credit requirement, pricing, or service at any time. SIGBAL may also suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these terms.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide useful and relevant business information, SIGBAL does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current, available, or error-free.
SIGBAL does not guarantee any particular business outcome, supplier relationship, purchase, sale, saving, profit, business opportunity, or commercial result from using the platform.
