Thank you for using SIGBAL. SIGBAL provides digital business discovery services, supplier information, and credit-based access to certain platform features.
Because SIGBAL credits and unlocked supplier information are digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased credits have been successfully added to the user's account or credits have been used to unlock applicable information.
Users are encouraged to review the credit package, number of credits, and applicable price carefully before completing a purchase.
A refund may be considered in cases where a payment has been successfully charged but the purchased credits were not added to the user's SIGBAL account due to a technical or payment-processing issue.
A refund may also be considered in the event of a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or other verified technical error caused during the purchase process.
If a user believes that a payment has been incorrectly charged or that purchased credits have not been delivered, the user should contact SIGBAL support and provide the relevant transaction or payment details so that the transaction can be reviewed.
Once an investigation confirms that a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment provider, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.
Credits that have already been used to unlock supplier or business contact information are generally not eligible for a refund.
Unused purchased credits may remain available in the user's SIGBAL account according to the credit rules displayed on the platform. Purchased credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot normally be transferred to another account.
Cancellation of a user account does not automatically result in a refund of previously purchased credits or other digital services that have already been delivered.
SIGBAL reserves the right to review refund requests individually and may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, abuse of the credit system, unauthorized activity, or violation of SIGBAL's Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to users under applicable law.
For refund or payment-related assistance, please contact SIGBAL support with your registered account details and relevant payment or transaction information.
